The Lower Columbia River Excursion

Day One of a Three day Tour

Tall Ships Experience
•    Shopping at the Port of Ilwaco
•    Three hour sail on the Tall Ships
•    Battle reenactment on the Columbia River
•    Dining at the Source

Day Two of a Three day Tour

•    Depart port from Washington side on working fishing vessel
•    Sail out to mouth of Columbia River to view wildlife, discuss maritime trade, shipwrecks of region and geographical points of interest
•    Sail to Knappton Cove, the “Ellis Island of the West”
•    Sail across the Columbia to the Oregon side, disembark at the pier at the Maritime Museum
•    Lunch on passenger own
•    Board vessel for return to home port for shopping and dinner

Day Three of a Three day Tour

•    Graveyard of the Pacific and Cape Disappointment
•    View USCG lighthouse at Cape
•    Box lunch at Cape
•    Visit Northhead lighthouse
•    Columbia River’s “Ellis Island” and historic Quarantine Station in Knappton Cove
•    Afternoon refreshments at Station
•    Sunset dinner at Historically Registered Restaurant and Pub
